The apartment design is impressive, the bed is comfy, and the soundproof window is amazing-didn't even hear the rain! the neighborhood is vibrant, close to iconic spots like Nijo Castle & Nishiki Market, easily accessible by a short walk. the bathroom was a standout, well-equipped for a group of four, adding extra comfort to our Christmas stay.

The washer-dryer combo was handy but struggled to fully dry clothes efficiently. Additional washroom hooks would have been helpful.

Absolutely great and nice venue, great location just off the bus stop and Higashiyama, really enjoyed our stay. The room we had included central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was big and the bed was comfortable...
